I purchased several pieces from Design Within Reach, and unfortunately my experience after the sale was disappointing. There were repeated instances of overpromising and underdelivering, and whenever we reached out for updates on our orders, it felt like we were inconveniencing someone rather than receiving the customer service we expected. Thankfully, Elizabeth Merrill stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
